Mr. Arons’ practice focuses on corporate transactional work, assisting companies with formation-related issues, operational matters, and acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Arons’ clients include manufacturing businesses, real estate developers, medical systems, legalized medical cannabis licensees, lenders, and retail businesses. Mr. Arons has developed expertise with respect to tax, estate planning, real estate, and medical operational practice areas. Andy leverages his experience in business, litigation, and tax practice areas to serve as outside general counsel to a variety of privately held businesses and their owners.
In addition, Mr. Arons has significant experience advising companies in the manufacturing and service industries, focusing on startup and operational legal issues, including compliance, governance, regulatory, real estate, employee relations, risk allocation, contractual, tax, and related matters.
