Mr. Prendiville supports clients through a range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, commercial lending transactions, and real estate transactions. His work ranges from drafting agreements to handling general corporate matters for both large and small businesses to conducting research on various corporate litigation matters. Mr. Prendiville is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Wisconsin.

Before joining Williams, Bax & Saltzman, P.C. full-time, Mr. Prendiville built a strong foundation of education and experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School (J.D. 2025). During that time, Mr. Prendiville served as an extern for Courtroom5, a team in the early stages of leveraging AI to assist pro-se litigants better represent themselves in court. He also worked at the firm during those years, first as a law clerk and later as a summer associate.  Mr. Prendiville is a member of the Chicago Bar Association as well as the Illinois State Bar Association.

Outside of professional work, Mr. Prendiville keeps the adventure going with a variety of hobbies including mountaineering and wrestling.
