Mr. Newman’s practice is focused on transactional work, assisting companies with operational matters and formation related issues in addition to assisting clients with commercial real estate and estate planning needs.
Mr. Newman is a graduate of The Ohio State University (B.S. 2020) and of The Ohio State University Mortiz College of Law (J.D. 2023). During law school, he participated in the Legislation Clinic and was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society. Mr. Newman is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
